Everyone of my colleges knows the the ” magic moving cube ”   
 
We are using the full flight Simulator for training purposes. Normally once a year during your License check. 
Our Sim checks , also called recurrent training check , are every 6 Month. This gives us the opportunity the learn much more about our aircraft as written in our manuals. 

The cockpit and systems designs are a 1:1 copy of our Airbus 320. Normal saisons starts with engine failures , fire or smoke in the cabin until completely loss part of our instruments and systems. The full flight simulator are built to simulate failures which are not allowed to demonstrate on a real airplane and to be well prepared for the worst.
